If you have an NCSF you would like to submit, please email it to CyberBotX at cyberbotx@cyberbotx.com (please use the subject "NCSF File" or something similar to that).
The following are just suggestions and don't need to be followed, but it would be nice if they were at least somewhat followed.
Individual minincsf filenames are preferred to be in the format of:
[{disc}.]{track} - {name}.minincsf
disc is optional if there was only 1 disc involved.
The 7Z/ZIP filename can be whatever as long as it shows the name of the game at the very least, but preferred format for the filename is:
{game_name_in_English} [{game_name_in_Japanese_Romanized}] ({earliest_DS_release_date})({developer(s)})({publisher(s)})
If there is no Japanese game name, you can leave out the square bracketed section. If there happens to be a different name for the game in a region other than North America and Japan, that may be included in the filename as well. The release date should be in the format of YYYY-MM-DD, for example: 2013-04-04. If there is more than 1 developer/publisher, put them in separate sets of parentheses. If the developer and publisher are the same company, listing them once is fine.
